The winners of the 19th edition of the Bucharest International Film Festival have been announced. Celine Song's Past Lives has won the top prize, just days after its release in Romania. Pham Thien An received the award for Best Director and Nick Pinkerton won the award for Best Screenplay. Lila Avilés' Tótem received a special mention from the jury.
