Bart van der Put has won the Louis Hartlooper Prize 2023 for his series of articles called 'Imagery'. The jury praised his fascinating personal journey through decades of film knowledge and the wonderful link to current events. Van der Put was unable to receive the prize himself due to his muscular disease. It is the nineteenth time that the prize has been awarded to someone who has made a contribution to written film culture.
