A new talent scheme called Zappdoc Campus has been launched by the NPO, NPO Fund, the Dutch Film Fund and CoBO. This arrangement offers emerging filmmakers the opportunity to develop their talents and make fresh, unconventional youth documentaries for screening on NPO 3.
