Steye Hallema, director of The Imaginary Friend, talks about his new virtual reality experience in an interview. The project is about an eight-year-old boy who uses his imaginary friend to overcome his fear after the death of his mother. Hallema explains why he likes to work with virtual reality and the role of the viewer in it. He also shares his dream project, called Ancestors.
