Teledoc Campus offers young filmmakers a platform to showcase their talent. While it was striking last year how many of the documentaries in the Teledoc Campus focused on the relationship between maker and subject, in this group the maker often remains in the background. Two exceptions are the films "If she is not there" by Wieke Kapteijns and "Simple dreams" by Pitou Schütz. In "If she is not there" Kapteijns investigates the meaning of the word 'mother', while in "Simple dreams" Schütz makes a portrait of Jamal, a refugee from Sudan.
