The Dutch-Flemish series Arcadia, directed by Tim Oliehoek, has a chance in the European category of the Festival de la Fiction TV in the French town of La Rochelle. The series is set in a society with citizen scores and stars Monic Hendrickx and Maarten Heymans. The festival will take place from 12 to 17 September in La Rochelle.
