The new series "Hoog Spel in de Oost" highlights the role of the Netherlands in New Guinea and the near-catastrophic war with Indonesia that resulted from this. The series, produced by De Haaien and directed by Foeke de Koe, features Dutch soldiers and examines the impact of this period on the Papuans. From August 23 to be seen at BNNVARA on NPO 2.
