The Polish film community has sent an open letter to Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki protesting the statements made by Minister of Digitalization Janusz Cieszyński. He denied in two interviews that his ministry has blocked the implementation of the law on copyright and internet royalties. The film community demands the implementation of internet royalties as fair compensation for creative contributions to online film distribution.
