Last week the first workshops of Doculab 10voor50 started in Suriname. Under the guidance of coaches John Appel and Renko Douze, the participants spent a week developing their documentary plans. Doculab 10voor50 is a collaboration between the Netherlands Film Fund and The Back Lot and aims to develop the Surinamese film sector.
