European film festivals launch Launchpad to support emerging film professionals. The festivals in Locarno, Thessaloniki, Tallinn, Rotterdam and Karlovy Vary have joined forces to help integrate sales, marketing and distribution professionals. Selected professionals gain access to important events and can expand their international network.
