The graduation films of Lichting 2023 of the Netherlands Film Academy can be seen during the Keep an Eye Film Academy Festival. The films, including fiction films, documentaries, animation and a VR work, deal with socially urgent themes. Although some themes such as sex, death and family recur, the films are not unoriginal. The creative process, in which students from different disciplines work together, results in slick short films with little risk.
