The 25th edition of Film by the Sea opens with the new film Perfect Days by director Wim Wenders. The film is about a cleaner of public toilets in Tokyo. The festival closes with the film The Three Musketeers; D'Artagnan, a new film adaptation of the novel by Alexandre Dumas.
