The Netherlands Film Fund and the Prince Bernhard Culture Fund have announced nine documentary makers who will receive a contribution from Oase, a haven for independent documentary directors to develop film plans for long documentaries with cinematographic quality. The contribution comes from a Cultural Fund on Name, the Mady Saks Fund, set up by the film-maker Mady Saks, who died in 2006. In 2024 there will again be one application round for Oase.
