BNNVARA has taken the fifth episode of the documentary An American Nightmare offline after a ruling by the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. The episode about Jaitsen Singh, the longest detained Dutchman in the United States, may not be broadcast in this form. Singh had appealed the judge's earlier ruling on the documentary series. BNNVARA is investigating possibilities to broadcast the episode after all.
