Spektr has produced the musical feature film Springtime in Amsterdam in collaboration with Dutch National Opera & Ballet. The film tells the story of four people who meet by chance in Amsterdam and have to resolve a series of misunderstandings in time. With an ensemble cast including Thomas Oliemans and Barry Atsma, the film forms an adventurous combination of opera and cinema. The film will premiere in Amsterdam on 14 June and will then be screened at a selection of festivals, cinemas and theaters in the Netherlands, Germany and Austria.
