A short film called Il Fait Beau, produced by Soda Films of Amsterdam, will have its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. The film, directed by Leonardo Cariglino, is about a foreigner who has just moved to Amsterdam and is looking for human warmth. He ends up in a FEBO snack bar where he makes eye contact with Sara, the girl who fills the shelves with fried goods. The film refers to the time of lockdowns and social distancing, especially for singles suffering from mental health issues.
