Dutch film producers Iris Otten and Laurette Schillings have founded the collective Film For Future together with actresses Jennifer Hoffman, Anniek Pheifer and Thekla Reuten. The aim is to make film and television productions more sustainable and to motivate the industry itself to become greener. The collective calls on cast and crew members to share their knowledge and wants to create an online database of sustainable suppliers and work processes. Workshops are also organized to inspire writers and directors. Film For Future is supported by the CFAP and the Netherlands Film Fund.
