The Hot Docs Canadian International Documentary Festival opens its doors today for its 30th edition. Known as North America's largest documentary film festival, the festival screens 214 films from 72 countries. The festival opens with Lin Alluna's film Twice Colonized and includes 70 world premieres and 33 international premieres.
