Eye Filmmuseum and the University of Amsterdam organize the public lecture series This is Film! Film Heritage in Practice, with guest speakers on audiovisual archiving in a global perspective. The third session of this annual event was attended by Oksana Sarkisova, researcher at the Hungarian OSA Film Archive and director of the Verzio International Human Rights Documentary Film Festival in Budapest. Sarkisova spoke about the concept of 'activating the archive' and using film archives to promote discussion and stimulate experimental projects.
