Science journalist Hidde Boersma and filmmaker Karsten de Vreugd have made a new documentary called Paved Paradise. In the film they investigate solutions for the encroaching land use of farms and they want to change the way we look at climate change and food production. They negate the idealized image that most Dutch people have of farmers and paint a different picture of the disadvantages of extensive organic farming.
