Director Johan Nijenhuis will soon start shooting his twentieth feature film, Verliefd op Bali. The romantic comedy is about a trip to Bali that confronts a mother and her daughters with their suppressed Indian history. Wieteke van Dort plays an important supporting role in the film. Verliefd op Bali is the third part in the director's 'Verliefd' series and will be shown in Dutch cinemas in 2024.
