The film When I Saw You, based on the book of the same name by Isa Hoes and directed by Ben Verbong, has achieved Golden Film status. The story is about the fears and insecurities of actor Bastiaan, played by Egbert-Jan Weeber, and the impact of this on his relationship with Esther, played by Noortje Herlaar.
