The Dutch series Nieuwe Buren, based on the book by Saskia Noort, is getting an English remake called The Couple Next Door. The lead roles are played by Eleanor Tomlinson and Sam Heughan. The six-episode series will air on Starz in the United States and Channel 4 in the United Kingdom. It is not yet known whether the series will also be shown in the Netherlands.
