KRO-NCRV has filed summary proceedings against RTL/Videoland about the broadcasting rights of the documentary Het beste voor Kees. The public broadcaster still claims to own the license, while Videoland wants to broadcast the sequel to the documentary next week. Monique Nolte, the maker of both documentaries, believes that KRO-NCRV's broadcasting rights have expired because she canceled the contract with production company Selfmade Films. The hearing will take place on Tuesday.
