The 25th edition of the Thessaloniki International Documentary Festival has announced its winners. Under the Sky of Damascus won the Golden Alexander Award for Best Documentary and is now up for an Academy Award. The festival was canceled after the tragic Tempe train disaster as a mark of respect.
