Screenwriter and director Froukje Tan (1968) studied film, animation and documentary at the Willem de Kooning Academy in Rotterdam. She made a name for herself with the feature films Links (2008) and Swchwrm (2012). Her new film Kung Fu Leeuw can currently be seen in cinemas all over the Netherlands.
