The EFAD, the film agencies and the ministries of culture of 13 countries, including the Flemish Audiovisual Fund, today launched the European Solidarity Fund for Ukrainian films during the 73rd edition of the Berlinale. This unique solidarity action aims to help Ukrainian filmmakers while promoting co-productions.
