The European Solidarity Fund For Ukrainian Films was launched today during the Berlin Film Festival. The new fund is supported by a total of 15 funds and ministries from 13 European countries and is aimed at Ukrainian filmmakers and the promotion of co-productions. The Netherlands Film Fund is also one of the contributing funds. The scheme is open for applications from today.
