The German war film All Quiet on the Western Front has become the big winner of the BAFTAs in London on Sunday. The Netflix film earned seven of the fourteen nominations. All Quiet on the Western Front was voted best film, among other things. The film also won the prize for best sound and best film music. German filmmaker Edward Berger was voted best director by the British Academy of Film and Television Arts (BAFTA).
