In 2022, almost two-thirds of employees in the media and culture sector were confronted with cross-border behavior in the workplace, such as bullying or intimidation. That is seven times more often than the national average, according to the research results that the trade union FNV is releasing today. In half of the cases, nothing was done with a report of transgressive behaviour.
