Screen Flanders is investing 2,545,000 euros in nine new audiovisual productions, one million euros more than initially planned. Flemish Minister of Economy Jo Brouns announced this today. Since its launch in 2012, the Screen Flanders Economic Fund has invested nearly 49 million euros in 251 audiovisual productions that generated more than 317 million euros in structuring audiovisual expenditure in the Flemish Region. A measure that has been pushing Flemish audiovisual talent and craftsmanship to unprecedented heights for ten years now.
