The International Film Festival Rotterdam has announced the first titles of the 2023 edition. In addition, four focus programs have been announced, around the work of Hungarian filmmaker Judit Elek, Japanese animator Yuasa Masaaki and American multidisciplinary artist Stanya Kahn. There is also a focus program on arc, a project by the American artist tooth.
