The Shift Film Festival in Heerlen is a public festival, but also focuses on filmmakers. The eighth edition will feature competitions for international and Limburg short films and a special of Ukrainian short films. For professionals there are script and directing workshops with Valerie Bisscheroux (Anne+) as coach.
