Film producer Burny Bos has cancer. The Cinekid festival announced this on Thursday. The man behind major cinema successes such as Abeltje, Minoes, Het Zakmes and Pluk van de Petteflet will be one of the main guests at the youth film festival in Amsterdam in mid-October. Bos is put in the spotlight with various special screenings.
