The family film De Bellinga's: House on Stilts has been awarded the Golden Film Award. The film starring the Bellinga family has attracted 100,000 visitors. In the film, the family's children protect their home from two thieves. The Bellinga's: House on Stilts is the 7th Dutch film to achieve Golden Film status this year. The Golden Film Award is an initiative of the Netherlands Film Festival and is supported by the Netherlands Film Fund and the Abraham Tuschinski Fund.
