While a kiss between two gay characters in Goede Tijden, Bad Tijden was front page news ten years ago, there are now many more series and films in which the LGBTQ+ community is represented. Progress, according to interest groups COC and Transgender Network Netherlands, but the danger of harmful stereotypes has not yet passed.
