As a 14-year-old, Mamoun Elyounoussi played his first role, as Mimoen in the film Polleke. The born Amsterdammer also played in Het Paard van Sinterklaas and was part of the cast of Sesame Street for ten years. After taking a break from acting for a while and running a car garage, he left children's films and series behind with his role as Gladde in the series Mocro Mafia. And from May 9 he can be seen in the new series Thuisfront, by Tim Oliehoek.
