The documentary The Arrival of the Flag of D-Day has been submitted on behalf of the NPO for the Emmy Awards in the 'Current Affairs' category. The arrival of the D-Day Flag was broadcast by WNL, produced by Dutch Angle TV under the direction of Bernard Krikke. It is the first submission for the Emmy Awards for broadcaster WNL. The NPO has also submitted the documentary to Banff in the 'History' category.
