The 2019 Film Fund Wildcards were awarded at the Dutch Film Festival in Utrecht. The winners of the Film Fund Wildcard receive €50,000 to make a new documentary, fiction or animated film. The winners are: Laurens Zautsen, Emma Branderhorst, Sanna de Vries, Bas Hordijk, Roy Serden and Hannah van Tassel.
