The Een series Oud België has been nominated for the prestigious Rose d'Or, the most important European award in the television world. The fiction series about the decline of the revue theaters in the 1970s competes for victory in the Drama & miniseries category. Previously, Oud België also received three nominations for the Monte Carlo television festival.
The series was made by Eyeworks Film & TV Drama and Elisabeth NV in collaboration with the Flemish Audiovisual Fund. The awards ceremony will take place on Wednesday, September 22.
