The Hubert Bals Fund (HBF) of International Film Festival Rotterdam (IFFR) has announced the 2019 selection of the HBF + Europe: Minority Co-production Support program. Six film projects from Chile, Nicaragua, Ecuador, Brazil, Lebanon and China each received a contribution of €50,000 through their European co-producers.
