On July 1, the transition to a new form of governance in the organization of the Dutch Film Festival was completed. At that time, the management model will be converted to the supervisory board model and Silvia van der Heiden will fulfill the role of Director. In the new position she is responsible for the general and daily management, functioning and results of the organization. The change in the form of government was initiated with the appointment of Van der Heiden last March 2018.
