The government used an incorrect calculation to determine that the NPO TV channels must remain in a commercial line until eight o'clock in the evening. Ster director Frank Volmer stated this in a letter to Minister Slob. The government assumes that this will cost EUR 60 million in income and wants to allocate EUR 40 million in compensation for this.
