Six activists from the group 'The NTR will not cross the bridge' took action on Thursday in the canteen of the NTR building at the Media Park in Hilversum. The activists handed out a hundred flyers. In the pamphlets they asked NTR employees to speak out in favor of the disappearance of Zwarte Piet. 'For NTR, the social debate about Zwarte Piet is a revenue model. The makers of the Sinterklaas news seem to think: the more debate, the more attention for our program. But we don't want a debate, we want the racist caricature to be abolished," the message read.
