The negotiations about public broadcasting are causing problems in the coalition. VVD, CDA, D66 and CU actually want to conclude a broadcasting deal this week, but are rolling around on the streets. A very sensitive issue is the future of television network NPO 3, which - the idea is - should be turned into a kind of regional channel.
