Five teams are given the opportunity to develop a pilot of their drama series idea under the guidance of the public broadcaster. One of these five pilots will eventually be developed into a full series for NPO3 online. The participating broadcasters are: VPRO, BNNVARA, NTR, KRO-NCRV and AVROTROS. A budget of 10,000 euros excluding VAT has been made available for 5 submitted plans for the development and production of the pilot.
