There will be a fifth part in the successful series of family films about Mees Kees. The four previous films in the series attracted a total of almost 2.5 million filmgoers. Producer Paul Voorthuysen and distributor Entertainment One announced this today. In principle, Mees Kees 5 should be shown in Dutch cinemas during Christmas. The script for the fifth part is written by Tijs van Marle, who was responsible for the previous four films. The author of the book, Mirjam Oldenhave, is also involved.
