Minister Slob (Primary and Secondary Education and Media) today opened a new subsidy scheme for regional public broadcasters. The subsidy scheme enables regional public broadcasters to apply for a subsidy for projects aimed at (among other things) future-oriented innovation and cooperation between them and national or local public media institutions. The scheme replaces the Friction Cost Scheme B, which turned out to be unsuitable for these projects.
