French film director and producer Luc Besson does not have to appear in court for alleged sexual abuse. After nine months of investigation, the Public Prosecution Service has decided not to prosecute. The Flemish actress Sand Van Roy accused Besson of raping her several times. The 'Parisian Weinstein' has always denied the accusations.
