Dutch Filmworks has decided to appeal against the judgment in the summary proceedings that it filed against Ziggo. DFW also demanded the release of name and address details of IP addresses that were guilty of downloading from an illegal source for The Hitman's Bodyguard. The judge ruled in favor of DFW on almost all points. Ultimately, after weighing up the interests, the judge still rejects DFW's claim. DFW is of the opinion that this consideration should have been in its favor as a rightful claimant and it is convinced that the claim should still be allowed on appeal.
